Should a dispute with a consumer arise, Mathias N. Schubert will state in writing whether he is prepared to engage in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) proceedings under the auspices of the Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle der Rechtsanwaltschaft in Berlin (www.s-d-r.org) in that particular case. He does not give his general consent to engaging in ADR proceedings.
